Multiple supported blog platforms
Currently SEO Blog Submitter supports six blog engines. Here they are:
1. WordPress.
WordPress is an open source blog publishing application powered by PHP and MySQL which can also be used for basic content management. It has many features including a user-friendly workflow, a rich plugin architecture, and an advanced templating system. It was first released in May 2003 by Matt Mullenweg. As of September 2009, it is being used by 202 million websites worldwide.
2. Drupal.
Drupal is a free and open source Content Management System (CMS) written in PHP and distributed under the GNU General Public License. It is used as a back-end system for many different types of websites, ranging from small personal blogs to Enterprise 2.0 collaboration and knowledge management uses to large corporate and political sites. Drupal has a large community of users and developers. More than 650,000 user accounts have been created on Drupal official site, and more than 2000 people have signed up for developer accounts.
3. Joomla.
Joomla! is an open source content management system platform for publishing content on the World Wide Web and intranets as well as a Model–view–controller (MVC) Web application framework. It is written in PHP, stores data in MySQL and includes features such as page caching, RSS feeds, printable versions of pages, news flashes, blogs, polls, search, and support for language internationalization.
4. DotNetNuke.
DotNetNuke is an open source platform for building web sites based on Microsoft .NET technology.
5. Expression Engine.
ExpressionEngine is a Content Management System developed by EllisLab. It is available in a free "Core Version", and in both "Personal" and "Commercial" versions after paying a one-time fee. ExpressionEngine is intended to be simpler to use than other content management systems; for instance, it requires no knowledge of PHP, and has extensive online documentation.
6. Community Server.
Community Server is part of a community and collaboration software product developed by Telligent Systems. It consists of the Telligent Evolution platform, with a variety of core applications running on top of it such as blogs, forums, media galleries, and wikis. Additional applications from third parties using the API's and REST stack can be installed or integrated with the platform.
